In an attempt to answer some of the most regular we get asked via email we have created this section of Frequently Asked Questions.

1. Where are you?

2. What are your opening times?
The opening times of all our stores can be found on Our Stores page of the site.

3. Are all the clothes on the website in stock?
Yes, All stock on the website should be available. In the unlikely event of any problems with the availability of your chosen goods our staff will let you know the likely delivery date via email.

4. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all areas of mainland UK overnight. Offshore areas (Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands) takes at least 48 hours. Sorry, But at the moment we do not sell to outside the UK. We plan to expand to Europe in 2009.

5. When will my order arrive?
Our aim is to deliver your purchases to you within 2-7 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). However, please allow slightly longer for the busier periods at Christmas and during the sales.

If for any reason we can't do this we'll get in touch to let you know what is happening and why.

6. Who will be delivering my parcel?
We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery & Special Delivery.

In most instances the parcel will not be left without a signature. Please provide us with a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm. We are happy to arrange delivery to your place of work if this is convenient.

If you are out when the postmen call they will leave a card and you can phone to arrange a convenient time for redelivery.

7. How much is the postage?
A typical single item is between £3-£5 and increases as the weight of the goods increase. By placing an order on the website, the postage will be calculated for you. You can always email us to query your delivery charges before dispatch.

8. How can I pay?
All credit card payments are processed through ProTX payment Gateway. We accept all these major credit, debit and charge cards:

    > Visa Delta
    > MasterCard
    > Switch
    > Solo
    > Maestro (As Switch)

9. I have never heard of ProTX?
Protx is a fully approved secure payment processor with all major UK banks and was one of the 1st payment gateways to gain approval from the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard audit (approved by Visa and MasterCard). See the ProTX website for more details.

10. Will my personal details be safe?
Information about you will only not be shared or sold on with any third party companies, it will only be disclosed to other reputable third parties only for the purpose of processing your order.

11. Can I order online securely?
We are fully committed to providing high security through our on-line service. We use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your details are safe for all sales transactions with us. All information you provide is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties.
