How can I make an order?
We've aimed to make this process as easy and secure as possible. If you follow the steps on the
Ordering page of the site and your desired clothing will be winging its way to you in no time.
Do you have a catalogue?
We do not currently produce a catalogue, as both our products and stock levels change daily. Feel free to phone us and we will talk through the options we have for you in available your size.

Are all the clothes on the website in stock?
Yes, All stock on the website should be available. In the unlikely event of any problems with the availability of your chosen goods our staff will let you know the likely delivery date via email.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all areas of mainland UK overnight. Offshore areas (Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands) takes at least 48 hours. Sorry, But at the moment we do not sell to outside the UK. We plan to expand to Europe eventually.
When will my order arrive?
Our aim is to deliver your purchases to you within 2-7 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). However, please allow slightly longer for the busier periods at Christmas and during the sales. Most get there within 2-3 working days of ordering. If for any reason we can't do this we'll get in touch to let you know what is happening and why.
Who will be delivering my parcel?
We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery & Special Delivery.
In most instances the parcel will not be left without a signature. Please provide us with a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm. We are happy to arrange delivery to your place of work if this is convenient.
If you are out when the postmen call they will leave a card and you can phone to arrange a convenient time for redelivery.
How much is the postage?
A typical single item is between £3-£5 and increases as the weight of the goods increase. By placing an order on the website, the postage will be calculated for you. You can always email us to query your delivery charges before dispatch.
I Have forgotten my password, Can I still use my account?
Yes, click on this Link and enter your email address. Then go back to 'sign in' link and delete the existing password "••••••" and then enter the new password generated in the new email that has been sent to you.
How can I pay?
All credit card payments are processed through
Sagepay payment Gateway. We accept all these major credit, debit and charge cards:

I have never heard of Sagepay
Sagepay is a fully approved secure payment processor with all major UK banks and was one of the 1st payment gateways to gain approval from the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard audit (approved by Visa and MasterCard). See the

Will my personal details be safe?
Information about you will only not be shared or sold on with any third party companies, it will only be disclosed to other reputable third parties only for the purpose of processing your order.
Can I order online securely?
We are fully committed to providing high security through our on-line service. We use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your details are safe for all sales transactions with us. All information you provide is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties.
